Return Policy for Flashrapic Furniture

At Flashrapic Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return policy that allows you to return most items for a refund or exchange. Please read the following guidelines for detailed information about our return process.
1. Return Timeframe
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Custom-made, special-order items, clearance items, and sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or email).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@flashrapic.net or call us at (317) 706-9615 to request a return authorization. Be sure to provide your order number, details about the item(s), and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions for returning your item.
- Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will:
- Offer a replacement if the item is in stock.
- Provide a full refund if the item is not available for replacement.
Please keep all packaging materials, as they may be required for us to process the claim. We may also arrange for a pickup of the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:
- Custom Orders or made-to-order items.
- Final Sale or clearance items.
- Mattresses, bedding, or pillows (unless unopened and in original packaging).
- Gift cards and electronic devices that are no longer sealed or have been activated.
7. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want. If the exchange involves a product price difference, we will refund or charge the difference accordingly.
8. In-Store Returns
If you purchased an item at our Carmel, Indiana location, you can return it to the store directly within the 30-day return window. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase.
