- All prices listed on the Flashrapic Furniture website and in-store are in U.S. Dollars.
- Prices are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to update prices without notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price at the time of your purchase is guaranteed.
- Sales tax will be added to the final price based on your shipping address.
2. Order Process
- When you place an order with Flashrapic Furniture, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details about your purchase, including your order number, product details, and estimated delivery date.
- Your order is considered final once payment has been processed, and you receive an order confirmation email.
- Availability of items is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will contact you immediately and offer either a replacement product or a full refund.

5. Sales Promotions and Discounts
- Promotions and discounts are offered at the discretion of Flashrapic Furniture and are subject to change without notice.
- Discounts may not be applied to clearance items, custom orders, or previously purchased items.
- Promotional codes: If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout to apply the promotion. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to the total price of your order based on the shipping address.
If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact us prior to purchase to provide your tax-exemption documentation.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Flashrapic Furniture offers standard shipping for most items within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
In-store pickup is available at our Carmel, Indiana location if you prefer to pick up your items rather than have them delivered.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by product and location, typically ranging from 1-3 weeks for in-stock items. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
- Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as needed.
8. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Custom orders and certain sale items are excluded from this policy.

9. Product Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you and provide options, such as a backorder, similar product, or full refund.
10. Custom Orders
- Custom and special-order products require an initial deposit (if applicable) and cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Custom furniture is made to your specifications, and returns or exchanges may not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
11. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted unless the product is defective or there is an issue with your payment.
