We offer standard shipping for most orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of the order.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 1-3 weeks, depending on the item and your location. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
- In-Store Pickup: Customers who wish to pick up their items in person can choose this option at checkout. Our store is located in Carmel, Indiana, and items will be available for pickup once they are ready.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout. Prices vary depending on the delivery address and the size of the order.
4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund as necessary. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
